SHIPPING POLICY

Dolores Chili orders will only be shipped on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday so they can be delivered before the end of the week. All orders received after 12 pm Wednesday, and Thursday through Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday morning (except holidays).

Our product is shipped via UPS flat-rate 2nd day air. Our product is shipped frozen and needs to be refrigerated upon arrival.  Dolores Chili is not responsible for spoiled product not refrigerated immediately upon arrival.  Dolores Chili cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or incorrect information provided by customers at checkout that result in shipping delays or non-arrivals. Additionally, in the case of non-arrivals Dolores Chili can submit a claim through UPS that will take 8 to 15 business days minimum to resolve. In the case of damaged product Dolores Chili is under no obligation to take action if photo evidence of the actual condition received is not provided. 

RETURN POLICY

We’re very sorry, but perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective.

If you suspect an item is defective or damaged during shipping, please let us know. Send us an email to sales@old-dolorescanning.com and reference your order number in the subject line. Please include details and any images and we will get back to you.
