Summer isn’t always about grilling. Sometimes a cool day inside is needed, and that means cooking inside, too.

Dolores Chili Dog Casserole

Dolores Chili Dog Caserole

Ingredients:

  • 8 hot dog buns
  • 8 hot dogs
  • 1 Dolores Chili Brick
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Lightly grease 9 x 13 baking dish
  3. Tear up hot dog buns and arrange the pieces in the bottom of the dish evenly
  4. Slice hot dogs into bite size pieces and layer the pieces over the buns
  5. Pour Dolores Chili over the hot dogs, sprinkle with the chopped onion, then spread the mustard over the chili and onion
  6. Top off with cheese
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes

Zesty Chili Cheese Fries

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag frozen potato wedges cut fries
  • 1 Dolores Chili Brick
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 (8-ounce) package shredded cheddar

Directions:

  1. Heat Dolores Chili
  2. Heat fries in oven per package descriptions, bake until crispy
  3. On a large platter pour Dolores Chili over fries
  4. Sprinkle with cheese
  5. Garnish with green onion
  6. Add a dollop (or a few) of sour cream
