Dolores Chili Dog Casserole
Summer isn’t always about grilling. Sometimes a cool day inside is needed, and that means cooking inside, too.

Dolores Chili Dog Casserole
Ingredients:
- 8 hot dog buns
- 8 hot dogs
- 1 Dolores Chili Brick
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Lightly grease 9 x 13 baking dish
- Tear up hot dog buns and arrange the pieces in the bottom of the dish evenly
- Slice hot dogs into bite size pieces and layer the pieces over the buns
- Pour Dolores Chili over the hot dogs, sprinkle with the chopped onion, then spread the mustard over the chili and onion
- Top off with cheese
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes
Zesty Chili Cheese Fries
Ingredients:
- 1 bag frozen potato wedges cut fries
- 1 Dolores Chili Brick
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 (8-ounce) package shredded cheddar
Directions:
- Heat Dolores Chili
- Heat fries in oven per package descriptions, bake until crispy
- On a large platter pour Dolores Chili over fries
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Garnish with green onion
- Add a dollop (or a few) of sour cream
